Friday Ultra [Feel It In My Bones] (yes one week late)

Initially I wanted to blog about ultra as it happened but at the time it just wasn’t practical. So here I am a week later still reliving the experience through the recorded live sets and youtube videos.

Lets start my Ultra journey on Friday morning where I over slept. Ryan calls me at 9pm saying he’s arrived at my house and I’m still laying in bed. Good thing the night before I packed everything up to get up and go once he got here. We got on the road by 09:30 and made good time to Miami. The weather was nice and clear for driving.

ULTRA 13 — ZOMG LOL

I bought my tickets. Yes, it was worth blogging about. 45 more days as of the writing of this post. I can hardly wait.

Even though this will be my shortest post… probably EVER, I can’t forget to post some music for the LOVE [music] Stimulation part of my blog:

trance (arguable house) — sounds a lot like Deadmau5’s style..

Alex O’Rion – Changing Pace

I may be shot for this but, I’m not a big fan of Kaskade.. but the remixes of his songs.. now that’s another story.. case in point:

Kaskade — Fire In Your New Shoes (Sultan & Ned Shepard Electric Daisy Remix)

I swear vocal drum and bass songs.. that are actually good are the rarest finds of all and I’m certainly happy to have found this one:

Skepta – Rescue Me (Sigma Remix)

Just saw “The Socal Network”. Very great movie. I relate a lot to the main character, Mark Z. Just the way he thinks quickly and is very witty is how I aspire to be, albeit more compassionate. Anyway, on to the song, this played in the background of the clubbing scene. Very awesome.

Dennis de Laat – Sound Of Violence

(12/18/10)

Here I’d like to give two birthday shout outs to Phuong P. and Ashley SL.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 😀

Phuong held her birthday dinner at TacoLu. ‘Twas a fun night. The highlight of the night was when Gio sat down in his chair and it broke. To his defense, the chair was broken already but it was just hilarious. We laughed for like 5 minutes straight. He was a little embarrassed to say the least, the whole restaurant basically stopped what they were doing to see what was going on. The only down side to the whole situation was that I was the only one there early enough to see it happen.

BTW, Taco Lu = Awesome Tacos at reasonable prices. I would recommend the place to anyone. Definitely going back. And now, a few pics:
